Founder & Background
StarCluster Solutions was founded by Kok, Yao Hong, an experienced software engineer with a background in electrical engineering, cloud infrastructure, and large-scale observability systems.
Yao Hong has worked closely with production systems handling high-volume telemetry pipelines and has seen firsthand how poorly managed observability can become a major operational and financial burden. StarCluster Solutions was created to help teams avoid these pitfalls while still gaining the insights they need to build reliable software.
